Bodog Life Springs Back to Life

Posted under bodog poker & online poker & poker

BodogLife.com has changed its name again after the recent controversy created by the lawsuit that has required the venerable online poker room to give up the URL that it has used for so many years. In the case of this type of legal attack, it has become obvious that the opportunistic and litigious society that has sprung up in recent years has taken advantage of the poorly worded nature of the legal rulings of legislators concerning the legality of the online poker rooms and casinos on the Internet. Due to the fact that these online poker rooms are extraordinarily vulnerable to legal action in the modern day, certain individuals have been able to utilize the gray area that exists around poker rooms and casinos to push their own personal agenda and enable them to make money from the suffering of others. With the efforts of so many individuals to exploit the loosely interpreted legal wrangling and boilerplate that makes up the majority of these types of legal defenses for poker rooms on the Internet, it is easy to see that running a successful poker room on the Internet is a difficult business indeed. Keeping the intellectual property of online poker rooms and casinos such as Fulltiltpoker.com free and clear of any question of a proprietary leveraging attempt, these types of Internet-based gaming establishments have their work cut out for them far into the future.

As more and more individuals attempt to take advantage of these types of loosely interpreted laws, it becomes clear that poker rooms and casinos have much to be concerned about in regards to their private security and the attempts of individuals to take advantage of the legalities. Considering the tremendous legal loopholes that create such vulnerability in the United States for the status of poker rooms and gambling entities on the web, it is not surprising to see so many similar types of Internet-based poker rooms begin to lawyer up, hiring some of the most talented attorneys that are available in order to head off any further attempt at these types of legal actions. All it takes is one uncontested legal action and any innovative individual with a decent legal team can take over a highly profitable website to the tune of literally millions upon millions of dollars. With this extraordinarily unique legal ruling in the matter of the Bodog website, the potential for financial disaster in the future has been spelled out for online poker room and casino proprietors around the world.
